Your name, email address, phone number, the lessons you have viewed and completed, your quiz attempts, and anything you enter into the trading journal.
Journal entries are yours. They are never sold, never used to advertise to you, and never shown to another member or to a partner. They are readable by you even after a membership lapses — losing access to the course does not take your own records away from you.
A partner who referred you sees your first name, your last initial, the date you joined and whether the membership is active. They do not see your email address, your phone number, your progress or anything in your journal.
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We store the Stripe customer reference and the record of each payment. Stripe acts as an independent controller for the payment itself and has its own privacy notice.
When you buy, we record that you confirmed the immediate-access terms: the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, the version of the terms, and the IP address and browser the confirmation came from. We keep this for six years, because it is the evidence that the contract was formed properly and it is what we would rely on in a payment dispute.
This record is kept even if you later delete your account, since deleting the evidence of a completed transaction is not something either side benefits from. Everything else about you goes.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@7rading.com and we will respond within 30 days.
A session cookie keeps you logged in. A referral cookie records which partner sent you, for 60 days. Nothing else.
